Executive Assistant

Role Description:

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at UpStage Napa Valley located in Calistoga, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Artistic Director and working with the Board of Directors. This will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, preparing reports and documents, conducting research, and assisting with special projects and events. While the role is primarily located in Calistoga, some work from home is acceptable.

Ideal candidates will be organized, motivated, and personable, with an interest in artistic leadership, directing, writing, and/or dramaturgy.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Administrative Assistance or Executive Support
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite & Zoom, Square, & Quickbooks
- Experience in theater management, assistant directing, event planning and coordination is a plus
